Gac Trinh has opened since April 1, 2013 and becomes a familiar place for those who love Trinh Cong Son’s songs in Hue. The shop’s space recalls a great musician of Vietnam.
Gac Trinh is situated in second floor, number 203/19, building C, Nguyen Truong To Dormitory. Such this small floor used to be a stay of musician Trinh Cong Son in 60s and 70s of the previous century. Here he composed his first songs.
It also retains his mementos and souvenirs which his family donated. These mementos made a second to none “Trinh’s cultural space”.
Visitors can sit here to drink coffee.
The middle room is a place for his memorable pictures.
The shopkeeper usually opens Trinh Cong Son’s songs every time customers visit.
His love letter is kept in Gac Trinh.
Musician Trinh Cong Son said “death is just a final wantonness of the life”.
The railing outside displays two sets of tables and chairs, visitors can sit here and watch down on Nguyen Truong To Street.
