1 What is Car Pick-up Service?
Sometimes calling and waiting for an airport taxi might take time and make you tired after a long flight. Thus, we offer the car pick -up service with a considerate and well – trained driver to bring you from the airport to your hotel door quickly and safely so as to help you feel comfortable at most. The fee differs based on the number of guests.
2 How much does it cost?
The fee for car pick up depends on the number of people:

3 How does it work
You can book a car service if you want to transfer from the airport to your hotel/address and vice verse.
Upon arrival at Vietnam airport, after check-in, please find the driver with the “Welcome Board” with your name on it. Then he will take you directly to your address.
If it’s hard to find, call us right away at our hotline (+84) 903.278.853 so that we will inform him about where you are on the spot.
4 How to apply?
Please kindly follow the below steps:
- Submit the Extra Services Application Form and process payment
- Get the confirmation and instruction email of car pick up service
- Meet our staff and he will drive you to your hotel.
Or simply send us a message via imessage/whatsapp indicating your flight itinerary (flight number, arrival time, departure point/arrival point) to apply.
Note: If your flight is changed, kindly let us know at least 2 working days before your landing date (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays).
